These terms apply to your use of the Grand Tour Prints website and to any order you place with us. By browsing the site or completing a purchase you agree to them. Please read them so you know where you stand.
Orders and Acceptance
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but a contract is formed only once we accept the order and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item cannot be produced, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Made to Order
Our posters are produced individually after you order, rather than drawn from existing stock. Because each print is made for you, small natural variations in colour and trim can occur between one run and another. Screens and monitors also render colour differently, so the shade you see on your device is a close guide rather than an exact match.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and the range of designs may change over time, and any listed price applies at the moment of ordering. We try to keep every detail accurate, but if an obvious error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Intellectual Property
The designs, artwork, text and other material on this site belong to Grand Tour Prints or are used with permission. Buying a poster gives you the physical item for personal enjoyment; it does not transfer any rights in the design itself. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our artwork commercially without written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it improperly, or misuse any content you find here.
Liability
We take care to describe our products honestly and to fulfil orders properly. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be waived.
